"I’m very disgusted with the customer care and service from Chris. He was incredibly condescending when I asked a question. I thought his job was to answer my questions but instead he told me I was lucky that he’d take the time to speak with me. He belittled me and told me I needed to grow up and that I should know everything about insurance. After years of dealing with his idiotic behavior, I switched agencies. This is where I learned that he didn’t even bother to take the actions he could have taken to provide me with the policy I needed. I should have switched when my father took 14+ policies to another agent. I strongly urge you to choose a different agent. The company as a whole is great but he does not have your best interest at heart! ZERO stars should be an option."
